• Created Pause menu.

• Replaced Options Menu with Pause screen.
• Added Ability to Login/Logout from Pause menu.

• Added Color Coded text on Recipe book to Show what gems you current have.
• Various bugfixes around downgrading
• Damage text now only appears on crit.
